The interview process

5. Values / culture-fit and leadership. Assesses fit against the 'Twilio Magic' values (Write It Down, Draw the Owl, Be Bold, No Shenanigans, Wear the Customer's Shoes), your leadership style, handling conflict, and mentoring.
