The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (about 20 to 30 min). Phone call covering your background, motivation for Turo, and logistics. Checks basic fit, your interest in car-sharing and transportation, and whether the level matches.
2. Hiring manager call (about 45 to 60 min). 3. Take-home case plus portfolio walkthrough. Mixes behavioral questions tied to Turo's values with product-sense and execution discussion of host and guest marketplace dynamics.
5. What they're really testing.
