Sprinklr PM interview guide

Sprinklr runs a 4 to 5 stage loop that usually takes 2 to 4 weeks: an aptitude/written test (campus hires), then 2 to 3 product rounds (guesstimates, product design/improvement, root-cause cases), and a final culture-fit/HR round. The thing that defines the loop is product-sense under estimation pressure: most rounds hinge on improving a product, sizing a market, or debugging a metric drop out loud, with values fit as a hard gate at the end.

The interview process

1. Aptitude / written test (30 min, campus hires). Roughly 30 timed logical-reasoning and mental-ability questions (Venn diagrams, quant). Used as a first filter before any interview; experienced hires often skip straight to a recruiter screen.
2. Recruiter / resume screen (about 30 min). HR reviews fit and motivation, then a short call on your background and why product. Gauges interest, communication, and whether your experience maps to PM responsibilities.
3. Product round 1 (about 45 to 60 min). Product case studies and guesstimates: improve an existing product, size a market, or run a quick estimation out loud. Evaluates structured product thinking and whether you can frame a problem before jumping to solutions.
4. Product round 2 (about 45 to 60 min). More product design plus a root-cause-analysis case (a metric or behavior shifts, find why). Resume deep-dive on past projects runs alongside. Tests analytical rigor, metric sense, and how you debug ambiguity.
5. Product strategy / case round. A larger business case: identify the user pain point, propose a solution, and tie it to revenue or growth, sometimes with a portfolio or roadmap angle. Tests prioritization, business judgment, and depth from problem to solution to metrics.
6. Culture-fit / HR round. Behavioral and values questions on strengths, conflict, and why Sprinklr. A real gate, not a formality: candidates report it is a values round, so study the company's stated values and products beforehand.
7. What they're really testing. Three signals carry the most weight: (1) product sense, can you improve a product and reason about users; (2) estimation and analytical thinking under time pressure (guesstimates and root-cause cases); (3) values and culture fit, weighed heavily in the final round.
