4. Panel and team interviews. A series of one-on-ones and a panel with future teammates and cross-functional partners (often around 5 people). A mix of technical questions tied to your resume and behavioral questions on teamwork, conflict, and how you run projects.
5. What they're really testing. Three signals carry the most weight: depth and ownership on your past projects (the resume deep dive is the core of the loop), behavioral and cultural fit using STAR-style stories on conflict and failure, and clear structured communication, especially in the recorded case study where how you reason out loud matters as much as the solution.
