The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (15 to 30 min). A phone call focused on your background, motivations, and alignment with Scale's mission of advancing AI infrastructure. The recruiter gauges whether you can speak clearly about past PM experience and why you want this specific role.
2. PM phone screen (45 to 50 min). A current PM at Scale runs this round. You tackle one product, estimation, or analytical case question, then have 5 to 10 minutes for Q&A. Performance here counts toward the final hiring decision, so treat it as seriously as the onsite.
