Rippling is a workforce-management SaaS company ("the OS for work") that unifies HR, payroll, IT, and finance/spend on one platform built around a central employee-data graph. It is a large, fast-growing private company (5,500+ employees, $1.85B+ raised, ~3x YoY revenue growth) and runs a compound-product strategy, so PM interviews skew toward B2B/SaaS product sense, prioritization across a wide product surface, working closely with engineering, and strong behavioral/ownership signals rather than consumer-app puzzles. Important sourcing caveat: Rippling's PUBLIC, PM-specific interview-question footprint is genuinely thin. 1. Recruiter / HR screen (15-30 min). Intro call covering background, motivation, and logistics. 3. Case study / product + analytical exercise. This is the round where Rippling's compound-product breadth and data-graph mindset show up.
4. Panel / onsite interviews.
