Quantcast's PM loop runs about 3 to 4 weeks (24 days on average) across roughly 4 stages: a recruiter screen, a hiring-manager call, an onsite or virtual panel of several 1:1s plus a presentation or case, and a final round. The one thing that defines it: nearly every conversation circles back to adtech depth, can you reason about a DSP, real-time bidding, programmatic buying, and user-data privacy, not just generic product sense.

The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (30 min). Phone or video call on your background, the role, and logistics. Light fit and motivation check, plus whether your adtech and product experience maps to the team.
2. Hiring manager interview (45 to 60 min). Deeper dive with the hiring manager on your past product work, how you drove outcomes, and your grasp of the advertising-technology space. Behavioral and situational questions dominate.
3. Onsite or virtual panel (multiple 1:1s plus a presentation). Reported as roughly five 1:1 interviews plus a group presentation or case. You cover product strategy, cross-functional leadership, metrics and experimentation, and adtech domain knowledge with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
4. Final round and team fit. Cross-functional and leadership conversations focused on collaboration, conflict resolution, and culture fit. Quantcast weighs whether you work well across distributed teams and partner functions like legal and data.
5. What they're really testing. Three signals carry the most weight: real adtech fluency (DSP, programmatic, RTB, and data privacy you can reason about, not buzzwords); decision-making with limited information and clear data-driven tradeoffs; and cross-functional leadership, getting distributed teams and partner functions aligned to ship.
