The interview process

3. Onsite loop (half day, 30 to 45 min per round). Multiple back-to-back rounds with team members, cross-functional partners (engineering, marketing, sales), and senior management. 5. Senior leadership / executive round. Final conversation with senior leadership on strategic fit, long-term goals, and culture. Checks judgment, leadership, and whether you can operate inside a large, matrixed hardware organization.
6. What they're really testing. Three signals dominate: (1) technical depth in Qualcomm's domain (RF chains, modems, on-device AI, Snapdragon) and the ability to reason about power-performance-area and cost tradeoffs; (2) cross-functional execution inside a large matrixed org, working through engineering, marketing, and sales to land requirements; (3) handling conflict, deadlines, and critical-customer demands under pressure.
