Peloton PM interview guide

Peloton's PM loop runs about 2 weeks to 2 months across roughly four stages: a 20 to 30 minute recruiter screen, a hiring-manager call, an open-ended take-home case study, then a final panel where you present the case to Product, Engineering, Design, Project, Mobile, and Data partners. The thing that defines it: a take-home case you present and defend live to a cross-functional committee, so they test whether you can think like a PM about Peloton's actual hardware-plus-software fitness product and sell it to engineers.

The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (20 to 30 min). Phone or Zoom call with a recruiter on your background, the role, comp, and timeline. They check basic fit and your read on Peloton's product and mission.
2. Hiring manager call. A deeper conversation mixing your experience with product sense, estimation, and behavioral questions. The manager is gauging how you frame product decisions and work with engineering.
