The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (30 to 60 min). Phone call covering your resume, the role, compensation expectations, and why retail. Light behavioral; the recruiter is checking baseline fit and your interest in the Nordstrom business before passing you on.
2. Hiring manager interview (45 to 60 min). One-on-one going deep on your product track record and philosophy. Mostly 'tell me about a time' behavioral questions mapped to how you launch products, manage stakeholders, and use data.
