5. What they're really testing. First, stakeholder and client navigation: this is a services and consulting culture, so they weigh how you handle pushback from creatives, clients, and execs. Second, delivery under ambiguity: prioritization, deadlines, and progress with limited information. Third, culture fit and clear communication, since most rounds are deliberately conversational to gauge whether you mesh with the team.
