The interview process

2. Hiring manager interview. A conversation with the product or team lead about your experience shipping products and how you think. Expect to walk through past work, talk through tradeoffs, and show domain understanding of Keeper's security products.
3. Team and cross-functional interviews. One or more rounds with team members and partners such as engineering or design. These probe collaboration, how you handle conflict over priorities, and whether you can work across functions on a security product.
