The Intuit PM interview runs 3 to 5 weeks and has four ordered stages: recruiter screen, hiring manager phone call, a timed take-home assignment, and a virtual on-site loop. The one thing that defines the loop is the craft demonstration: you present your take-home work to a panel, then defend every decision in a live, interactive Q&A with 4 to 5 cross-functional interviewers.

The interview process

  1. Recruiter screen (20 to 30 min). A resume-focused call where the recruiter checks your PM background, career motivations, and fit for the role. The recruiter also walks you through Intuit's culture, values, and what to expect next.
  2. Hiring manager phone screen (45 to 60 min). A video or phone call with the hiring manager covering behavioral questions and your product prioritization and decision-making process. This round assesses whether your instincts match Intuit's customer-obsession values.
