The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (about 30 min). Phone call covering your background, why Hinge Health, and basic fit. Checks role alignment and motivation before passing you to the hiring manager.

Three signals dominate: 1) product judgment under a realistic case (prioritization and data-driven decisions you can defend), 2) cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and clinical staff, and 3) genuine fit with a healthcare, patient-outcome mission rather than generic consumer-app instincts.
