The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (15 to 30 min). A phone call with a recruiter covering your background, experience, and why Genesys. They are checking baseline fit and whether your CX or B2B SaaS experience maps to the role before passing you on.

Three signals carry the most weight: customer obsession and real understanding of the contact center and CX landscape; data-driven thinking, meaning you can define and defend the right success metrics; and collaborative leadership across functions.
