5. Final / leadership wrap-up. A closing conversation with senior leadership or a stakeholder panel. Confirms mission alignment and gives you space to probe the role; values fit carries real weight in the decision.

Three signals carry the most weight: (1) cross-functional collaboration, can you move work forward with scientists, data teams, and commercial partners; (2) mission and values fit with a science-first healthcare company; and (3) for data and platform PM roles, real fluency in ML and AI applied to drug discovery and patient outcomes, not buzzwords.
