Eli Lilly's PM loop runs about three to four stages over a few weeks to a couple of months: a 30-minute recruiter screen, a technical or case round (often a case study or project presentation tied to a healthcare or digital-product scenario), and one or more behavioral panels with the hiring manager, peers, and senior leaders. The interview process
