CloudKitchens runs a long, ops-heavy PM loop that typically spans about 3 to 4 weeks (candidates report averages of roughly 3 weeks, sometimes a month) across roughly 4 to 5 stages: a recruiter screen, a hiring-manager call, a take-home strategy or data exercise, and an onsite panel. The one thing that defines the loop is the heavy take-home: a multi-page strategy or analytics assignment that you then defend in a long live presentation, so the real test is how well you turn a messy business problem into a structured, data-backed plan you can stand behind under pressure.

The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (about 30 min). Phone or Zoom call covering your background, why CloudKitchens, and basic role fit. Light on PM craft; it confirms motivation and sets expectations for the longer process to come.
2. Hiring manager call. A deeper conversation with the PM hiring manager on your past product and operations work, how you think about the ghost-kitchen and multi-brand-facility business, and how you handle ambiguity. Sets up the take-home exercise.

5. What they're really testing. Three signals carry the most weight: structured problem-solving on an ambiguous, operations-heavy business; data fluency, meaning you can pull a recommendation out of a real dataset; and conviction under pressure, holding a clear point of view while a panel pokes at it. Process detail is reported as disorganized, so adaptability matters too.
