The interview process

Product-marketing-adjacent roles open with a 30-minute presentation of your choosing to a panel of managers and staff.
4. Managerial and HR round. A hiring-manager conversation on projects, prioritization, and leadership, plus an HR round on motivation, goals, and compensation. This is where culture fit and the 'why Cadence' narrative get pressure-tested.
5. What they're really testing. Three signals carry the most weight: real domain credibility in EDA and semiconductor design (can you talk to PPA, design flows, and the chip-design customer), the ability to translate deep technical detail for non-technical and cross-functional partners, and structured problem-solving with clear STAR-format evidence of delivery.
