The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (30 to 45 min, phone). A recruiter walks through your background, experience, and why BetterUp. They check baseline fit and how your motivations line up with the company's coaching and human-development mission.
2. Hiring manager conversation. A discussion about the product you would own and your approach to building it. The HM probes your PM experience and how you frame problems.
3. Product / technical interview (video). Covers PM methods, data analysis, and user experience. Expect a product-design prompt such as designing a new BetterUp feature, plus execution questions about metrics and decisions.
