Accenture PM interview guide

Accenture's PM hiring is a four to six round loop over about four weeks: recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, a case round, a behavioral round, and a final leadership talk. It is a consulting firm hiring product people, so it weights client delivery and stakeholder management over FAANG style product puzzles.

The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (30 to 45 min). Recruiter call on your background, product experience, and basic fit, often 3 or more years in digital product management and leading cross-functional teams.
2. Hiring manager screen (about 60 min). Behavioral plus domain questions on whether your experience maps to the engagement and your fit with the team. Expect depth on projects you owned.
3. Case or scenario round (45 to 60 min). A client case or roadmap scenario, for example a retail client wanting 20 percent revenue growth, graded on structure and problem solving.
4. Behavioral interview (45 to 60 min). STAR answers on conflict, stakeholder management, leadership, and adapting to change.
5. Final leadership round. Senior management on strategy and vision; you may present a past project.
6. What they weigh most. Client and stakeholder management, structured problem solving under a consulting lens, and hands-on agile delivery with real ownership of outcomes.
