The interview process

4. Cross-functional / senior leadership panel (final). Additional interviews with team members, product owners, analysts, or senior leaders, sometimes a longer day. The lens shifts to strategic thinking, long-term vision, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, compliance, and engineering.
5. What they're really testing. Three signals carry the most weight: (1) cross-functional leadership, can you align marketing, compliance, and technical teams and ship; (2) judgment under competing priorities, how you triage by impact and urgency; (3) authentic pharma-domain fit, real understanding of AbbVie's therapeutic areas and a mission tied to patient outcomes, not a generic tech PM pitch.
