The interview process

1. Recruiter screen (30 min). Phone call with a recruiter on your background, motivations, and team experience. Gauges culture fit and alignment with MassMutual's mission of helping people secure their financial future.
2. Hiring manager interview (30 to 45 min). Conversation with the hiring manager on your product management experience and how you approach problems. They probe your ability to identify a business problem and translate it into a technical or product solution.
